Holland Bloorview Virtual Tour app for iPhone and iPad

Holland Bloorview is always seeking new ways to enhance client and family centered care. The iPad virtual tour app was developed to help clients, families and visitors learn more about hospital programs and services, navigate the facility and hear first hand what others have experienced.


This virtual tour offers a unique interactive experience that includes:

- Five levels of the hospital with associated maps.
- Detailed descriptions of the programs and services at Holland Bloorview with links to supporting information.
- A slideshow tour of each area of the hospital.
- 53 videos about our programs and services directly from the clients and staff.

Clients and families can also use the tool to find out more about other programs within the hospital that could benefit them. Staff can take clients on a “virtual tour” to explain a specific program or service. Our referring partners can also use the tool to improve their understanding of day-to-day operations at Holland Bloorview and better prepare clients for transitions, appointments and therapies. New staff, volunteers and students can use the app to find out more about Holland Bloorview and the impact we make on our clients and families.
